I'm an Organisational Consultant with several years of global experience working with multinational enterprises across the UK, EMEA, North & South America, and MENA. My work is centred around improving structural consistency across global organisations, partnering regularly with HR and business leaders to support workforce decisions.

I have an academic background in Behavioural Economics and Business from the University of Glasgow, with a particular interest in how behavioural dimensions shape decision-making in organisations. I bring strong interpersonal skills, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to deliver clear, thoughtful outcomes under pressure.

Before consulting, I spent years in the hospitality industry in Athens — from barista to operations manager — and founded a short-term letting management company. These experiences shaped my understanding of people management, operational delivery, and entrepreneurship.
